  If any building, owner or maintenance company information has changed, please visit the County’s website to update: https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/landdevelopment/elevators

  If you are requesting a Re-inspection, please ensure that the Re-inspections fees have been paid. If you have fees pending, we will not be able to process your inspection request.

  This form is tested and compatible with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox. It is not compatible with Internet Explorer.
